My salesman was awesome but this dealership's management and service department are a joke. It took them a month to "fix" some minor paint issues. Get it back and couldn't lock my doors with the key fob. They said they needed to replace a part. Of course they don't call to tell me the part came in. I had to call 2 weeks later. Schedule an appointment for the work, get there and they don't know why the appointment was scheduled because the guy wasn't there. Schedule it again, get the issue resolved and find they scratched up my door panel. Showed the new service manager and discussed a way to resolve it and did so in a respectable manner (which is how it works when a manager is respectable). Still haven't heard back about that door panel issue. Probably won't hear back. I wash my vehicle yesterday and all of the paint they used to "fix" the scratches came off. So none of scratches were fixed. They had my vehicle for a month just to have it 80% of the work undone with water and soap and on top of that now I have to get someone to get all of the buffer marks off. Which explains why my truck was dirty when I picked it up and why they didn't want to wash it so I could see the paint touch ups. The General Manager is more concerned with people not being excited about the delays, subpar work and ongoing issues than he is the actual issues. Being patient and trying to be understanding was my mistake, they'll take advantage of that quick. The new service manager seems cool but you're only as strong as your weakest link and that link is at the top. I'm done with Volume. I'd continue my free oil changes but at this point I'm confident I'd experience issues solely based off how I'm treated for not being satisfied with months of wasted time and excuses. If you deal with them, record every conversation. I'll be contacting GM today. Doubt it will change anything but atleast they'll know what this dealership does to people buying GM vehicles. Go anywhere but here.
