Before signing my lease, communication and customer service were great. However, once I became a tenant, that completely changed. I spent a full month trying to get a copy of a water bill for the period before we even transferred services into our name. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, text, and phone calls—each time being told it would be sent—I never received it. It wasn’t until I had to call and express extreme frustration that I finally got a copy.

I also requested an electronic copy of my lease agreement on February 13, and weeks later, I still haven’t received it. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through is unacceptable. It’s clear they prioritize excellent service only for potential tenants, but once you’ve signed a lease, communication becomes an afterthought. If you're considering renting here, be prepared for delays and poor service once you're locked in.

I called a million times to check on the property and she was never irritated by me calling she always answered all of my questions and was very honest about everything!! Also, a couple of times I called Haley answered and she was very nice and polite as well!

Kevin was great! On time, professional, quick, and fixed exactly what was needed with our plumbing leak. Magnolia Mgmt as a property management company is horrible though. They are lucky to have a guy like Kevin willing to work with them!
