I have worked with GP Land and Homes on several deals. I find his market analysis to be spot on. He has worked the Griffin area market for a couple of decades and he knows his stuff. An additional bonus lies in the fact that he has the Construction business, as such, he is able to identify hidden defects and potential structural issues before the buyers put out their life savings. The two lines of business are a good marriage.

In addition, I've worked with Walter and the construction side on two large construction projects. These were significant commercial projects which demanded a high level of quality and attention to detail. He delivered both of them, on time, and delivered on budget.

While working with him he made a passing reference to owning a Property Management company where he assists investors with identifying properties which can be acquired and managed by GP.

Well done GP and all its entities.

Along the way, If there were any issues associated with the architects drawings or the workability along the way, we were able to readily negotiate a fair price. I'm not sure what more you could ask of a contractor.

Will never do business with Walter Terry. His listing was not up to MLS standards, had minimal information, and no pictures, despite them being requested (at first he deferred, saying they were coming--2 days later still none--, then ignored requests). We drove 45 minutes one way to our apt time with our realtor (who confirmed multiple times, including upon arrival and seeing other cars there. He said the tenants were ok with us seeing it). The house was not in "good condition" as he had said; the outside needed obvious TLC, and likely so did the inside. We were unable to see the house, as the tenants were upset, and rightfully so as they told us they were informed that their only showing that day was 3 hours prior. Walter finally answered his phone and was somehow surprised! Completely wasted our time, very unprofessional, and I will not ever do business with this "realtor." If he's the agent, I ain't seeing it!

Our company owns quite a few rentals in the Griffin area. Mona Bloodworth has been an excellent property manager for our company. She is very responsive to the needs of our renters and letting our company know what problems need addressed. Mona is also responsive to our calls.
