I contacted Mr. Kenneth Fletcher about appraising a Land Lot we were purchasing and unfortunately they were not going to be able to conduct the survey in the time frame I required. But this is where Fletcher & Company excelled. Mr. Fletcher asked me to call him back in 10 minutes, which I did and he then spent the next 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing the property and his valuation of it given the systems and experience he has gained over his 50 years in the area. He even called me back with additional information on the property. His advice and expertise helped me greatly in making our decision with moving forward to buying the property. I would highly recommend Fletcher & Company to anyone seeking appraisals....he went above and beyond and I wasn't even an official client. Imagine what they'd do if I was an actual client.

The disorganization of this office is only surpassed by the absolute rudeness of Allison Fletcher. As a first time customer that had a simple matter, it's hard to imagine that a company with over 40 years in the business can treat their customers who pay in full before services were rendered so badly. My tip would be to find another company that values customer service.
