They have a lot of good houses and apartments that are great for single families or college students. Which is why they usually don’t have any available space or if one is available it’s rented in less than a week. Recommend checking with MB Grace FIRST on any available or upcoming rental housing before looking elsewhere

Our stay with MB Grace was a horrible experience. We had rats for months and they finally did something after they were reported to the city, took weeks to recharge the AC, employees were rude as hell, they were constantly threatening to evict us for complaining about the rats.
