Not sure why there's some negative reviews but my wife, son and I lived here for about 7 months before my job transferred me. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and it was very nice. The complex it self was very nice as well with there dog parks, playground,pool and clubhouse. My son absolutely loved going to the pool and playground. The company does a good job of having maintenance and inspections done and is good about giving proper notice. Never been bothered or had an issue here.

The apartments are nice and the neighbors i met were great. They invade privacy every 90 days for an apartment inspection. They will find any reason possible to steal security deposit. No one is leaving that place with full deposit back.

Gorgeous apartment complex. Great improvement to the Dublin area. As someone from the NE, you can tell that Curry Companies is trying to turn that small city into something that would attract a certain caliber of people.

I was unable to get approved for the unit as a university employee which is sad, but hey it is what it is.

They require the monthly rental amount to be no more than 30% of your income. So keep that in mind before you even attempt to apply.

But, again, very beautiful and new with tons of amenities. You really get some bang for your buck.

Leasing agent was helpful and positive and worked hard to expedite my application process. Appreciate the efforts.

I love living in Woodlawn West! The units are beautiful - newly built, modern, and very spacious. They include amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and gated entry. The process of starting a lease was easy and everyone I worked with was very professional. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Very prompt and professional. I had a maintenance issue after regular business hours. Not only did they call me back within 10 minutes, but they had someone come out and fix the issue the same day.
