Wow! Julie is awesome! Very knowledgeable and in tune with the market. I contacted her with tentative plans to put my home on the market approximately 4 months after our initial meeting. She strongly suggested that I put my home on the market immediately and she was right. I had an offer the first day. We never even had to put a for sale sign in the yard. I had the pleasure of working with Julie on both the buying and selling side. My wife and I moved from Texas and Julie went over and above to make the experience great. She really spent the time asking us what we were looking for and negotiated a house for us to buy that wasn't even on the market!
