I highly do not recommend this company. I have never been treated which such disrespect and lack of customer service. Prior to moving out, a realtor and new tenant entered my home to view it without my permission and without a REQUIRED notice. I was told that the realtor/company who entered was supposedly not Remax; however, it is there responsibility to make sure that does not happen especially when a tenant has personal information potentially laying around.

My biggest issues were during move-in which I took pictures of. The property manager for my property was Ashleigh Hammond. My walk through was performed the day before move-in and damages were not fixed prior to me arriving. In addition to that, nothing had been cleaned to the extent that there was still urine on the toilet seats from the previous tenants. I expressed my disgust for the state in which the home was left and received disrespect and attitude. She agreed to have someone come clean the home in the areas she felt were dirty. Part of my requests prior to moving in was painting over the many marks and scratches on the wall, which were excessive. They did come paint after I complained; however, the paint color did not match. Imagine having company and everyone seeing paint streaks all over the walls. The nature in which the home was left was second nature to the customer service I received. In no way, should a property manager have a disrespectful tone and manner when assisting tenants who are paying THEIR money for a property. I did leave a message at the office so that I could express my concern to the owner. He called me and stated that she was probably just overwhelmed and stressed with work since she was taking on more than usual. Everyone has stressful jobs so the excuse that was given to me was not appreciated.

On a good note, the ladies who work the front desk are very kind and helpful. Although I do not appreciate Ashleigh’s customer service, she is responsive via email. Other than that, I would not recommend her or this company.

What a joke of an experience. They don't verify your rental history. You fill out multiple applications but they only use information from the paper application to verify eventhough the E application is much more detailed and time consuming to fill out. Lost a customer for life.

Lisa DeLong is very professional, attentive to detail, and very easy to work with. She not only sold our home in less than 2 weeks but she found us a home too. She was extremely patience with me as I stressfully drove her all over town looking for the right home. With 16 offers on a house we REALLY wanted...she went above and beyond and wrote the seller a letter with our offer in hopes that he would choose ours and he did!!! Even after helping us sell and buy our new house, she still keeps in touch with us today. I don’t just consider her our realtor anymore but a friend! In todays market, selling and buying is stressful and intense but Lisa was a straight shooter, extremely honest, and 100% available and communicative with us through the entire process. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a truly professional Realtor.
