I enjoyed working with David. He is very detailed in explaining the process. He is also very patient as I started and stopped my search for the perfect place for me. He calmed my concerns doing this alone. When he saw the first home was going nowhere, he called and told me my options but was also straight forward with saying this is not the situation I want you in any further. So we took another look at other houses and someone took my offer and my requests for improvements. Working him feels like family. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, my budget, etc. and they worked to put together a plan that felt so personalized and yet so professional. They sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon for me to receive emails from them after normal business hours with updates or just checking in.
