Brad is amazing! You not only get an amazing wall but you have an owner that is a Georgia Tech engineer. He helped with 2 retaining walls drainage and about to use him to do my grading and driveway. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. (He also stands behind his product!) If you want a great looking hardscape with a company that doesn't just throw a wall up and disappear use Landfried!!!

I hired Lanfried to install an addition to my existing patio. I initially paid a deposit and then was asked for additional money for materials (brick and sand) a week later. I am satisfied with the patio itself overall, however the surrounding area and my front yard was left a total mess. I paid for the project in full, because he guaranteed that he would be back to make sure everything was to satisfaction. The following week, I contacted the owner with my concerns and he acted surprised on what was remaining to do. I sent pictures and 2 days passed before any response. He sent someone out who completed the finishing concrete around the patio above foundation brick and cut away the excess concrete which was left after forms were removed. The surrounding area could have been cleaned up (pile of dirt and excess concrete off to the side and over back fence), and open holes left in some areas around the foundation brick that should have been filled. When the owner, Brad did come back, I was told they don’t do landscaping and that contractors aren't responsible for cleaning surrounding area. I contacted several contractors and was told this is not common practice to leave a job in this condition. My front yard still has concrete sand throughout from where it was initially dumped and transported to the backyard. I understand this is not a jobsite, but I would have thought maybe a protective barrier would be used in a residential project. Due to overage of sand ordered, I had them place the remainder on the side of my house since I had paid for it, where a mound remains. The contractor took back the remainder of brick unused. I have obtained another contractor to clean up and put in new sod, so I'm forced to take a loss on this project. Personally for the high cost for this project, I could have had my driveway poured 2x. I would have expected a much more professional job and end result, and it appears others have had similar complaints. I would never recommend this contractor for ANY project. He talks a big game, but that's all it is. Expensive lesson learned.

Owner was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable. We used him twice on two separate projects and got the job done right and was prompted. I would highly recommend them for anyone. My back yard looks amazing thanks to Landfried & Son’s inc

I am a former client. These people are quick to take a deposit, but slow to produce results. And the results I received were below average for the extra money they wanted. Our fence was set incorrectly , not on the property line, and they refused to move it. Also the posts were not set in mixed concrete, the gate post was cracked and split, and they left debris in the neighbors yard that I had to clean up. I am now hiring another professional to complete the work since these guys didn't show up for 5 sunny days in a row.
Will not recommend!
