Holly managed our new home in Atlanta for six months, while we were still living elsewhere, and she continued to help us out for three months as we were settling in. She is, in the first place, completely trustworthy and reliable, always quick to respond to inquiries and absolutely transparent about money matters. Since we didn't rent the place out, her main service to us was lining up contractors for the various projects we wanted done before moving in. She did this superbly, from her wonderful all-around handyman to specialists in flooring and chimney repair. And, to top it off, Holly is a pleasure to work with--a warm, genuine human being.
