The owner is completely rude! His exact statement was “if I fix these houses I would never make any money.” He placed threats on my husband. We moved in and they hadn’t gotten maintenance in my house yet after the last tentant left. We had to sleep in the house with the back door open for a week because it wouldn’t shut. The house had nothing but problems and could never get things done right. We had to do the cleaning because it wasn’t cleaned properly before move in. They had 2 weeks to get the house ready and never did until the day of move in. The maintenance guy is very nice but that doesn’t make up for the way the company is run. They also refused to fix the electric problems we had. (Plug stuff in and smelled burning) it was a huge safety issue that they refused to fix knowing I had a small child in my home. I do not recommend them and had I spoke to people before hand I would have never went with them. Ask around valdosta they have a bad reputation all around valdosta and have had other realtors tell us that they have had peavy tent ants left and right come to them with horror stories and tent ants left peavy to go to other company.
