I have lived here 19 yrs I own my Condo and pay my dues. The lawn service sucks. I live near C21 the place needs the vines cleaned up
shrubs needs trimmed. There is a small sink hole near my master
bedroom. Vines are climbing up the walls of the Condo. We need
a barrier of some sort. When it rains, water runs down the sidewalk,
down near apt C 23 and forms a mud hole under stairs. The property
is not being kept up. The front of the Condo's need the leaves raked
out and pine straw put in and grass.

Will never rent from such rude unprofessional people again and I advise anyone reading this review to refrain from renting from this company if you can help it. Pest control, repairs, water, gas, light, AIR, no matter what it is you are responsible for it. If it doesn't make them money THEY DO NOT CARE. Absolutely NOBODY should have to tolerate such malicious uncaring behavior.

They don't care about their tenants. We have had mold in our apartment since we moved in two years ago and it still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT RENT FROM SOUTHLAND PROPERTIES.

The landlord at the dodge court property she went and turned off the gas to my unit and the appliances won't work no hot water or gas jus horrible. Call the management and they were very rude never again will I ever rent from these people
