One star is too much. Jessica Peters kicked me and my kids out of our home we lived in for 10 years and never once late on the rent. Gave us one week to have everything out. I had to pay another month's rent just to have time to get stuff out when I already paid last month's rent when we moved in. Rotten floors, mold, mushrooms growing up through the floor for 7 years. I begged them to fix it but they never once even came to look at it. I stayed sick for 7 years. Tried to speak to Dale (owner) hoping that he would help but he ignored me. And yes I have proof of everything. Even audio recordings.
Stay away from this company. And actually worse for property owners that use them to manage their properties.

I’ve been with Diamond realty for 6 years and on my second property. If you are looking to rent a home I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIAMOND. The ladies in the office are so nice , understanding and helpful. Over the years they have become like family . Don’t hesitate to stop in , you won’t be disappointed

I have been renting from Diamond Realty since 2019 and have never had a bad experience. In the time I been with them I have had a fire and most recently a flood throughout my home. When I contacted them the first thing they asked was were we ok and then they immediately sent someone to begin the process of getting the house dried out. Jessica and Hope have always worked with me regarding anything that we needed. I have no complaints with this company.

So far they've been nice down to earth folks. We're very happy with our new home. We had one small hiccup and they were quick to fix the issue. Thank you diamond realty for making this stressful situation (sudden move) as relaxing as possible. We have had no issues. We pay our rent on time, and they dont interfere with our lives. A perfect relationship.

A family member suffered due to Hurricane Helen. The hurricane hit September 27th right before rent is due on October 1st. The power has been out sine the 27th and it now the 4th. They demanded a payment by October 6th with no late fees, if the rent wasn't paid by then they are threatening to have an eviction notice by October 14th. MIND YOU THEY ARE STILL WITHOUT POWER. They are not considerate of the families who are suffering and had to use their rent money to go towards water, food, gas, generators, and other necessities that were needed to survive this storm. NEVER RENT FROM THEM EVER. They only care about their money not their tenants and their wellbeing and safety

Awful company. Stood me up 3 times. I wanted them to help me rent out my house. One of the employees named Jessica was very unprofessional and misleading. She will surely run their business to the ground.
