Caution! They will keep your deposit and not provide a reasonable explanation. We lived in a home for 3 years, 100% on time, and left the property in great condition (except two repairs we accepted in a cooperative spirit).

They also demanded that we trim the bushes back in order to recover our deposit. After we paid a landscape company to clean them up, they had all of the bushes ripped out! Unprofessional at best.

This place deserves a ZERO STAR review. We have rented a property for almost 3 years now and have had so many issues. Getting a hold of any one that can actually do anything to fix our problems is impossible. They don't seem to care at all about their properties or the tenants in them. Absolutely worst experience with any property management company me or my family has ever delt with.
