I have never had a better experience getting a home loan than I did with Chris Shimkus and Prime South Bank. Everyone and everything was first class! Mrs Chris came in and saved us. We were having issues with the other lender and didn't like the way we were being treated by them. Ms Chris stepped in and made sure not only were we still able to close on time but also happy with everything. During the process she made sure to keep us up to date on everything going on and everything we still needed to do to complete the process. She went above and beyond for us by not only answering all of our questions and concerns but a lot of the time it was after business hours. Ms Chris treated us like we were family instead of clients. I would definitely go to her again if I ever wanted to buy another home.
