Andrew was the perfect host! He was always quick to respond to my questions. Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was just beautiful! It was cozy, quaint and very clean. The amenities were beyond my expectations! Well-stocked kitchen, linens, cleaning supplies and paper goods. The bed was comfortable. The location was private and peaceful. I moved from out of town and needed to store some of my possessions. There was ample storage space with a large bedroom closet. I felt right at home from the start and Andrew’s home was the perfect temporary place for me while I was waiting to move to my new home!

My husband and I lived at two of Andrews properties, and would have continued to live there if work didn’t move us out of the state. Both properties were so clean, renovated, and just a pleasure to live in. Andrew was extremely helpful anytime we needed it and truly the best landlord! Like I said, if we were still renting in Chattanooga, we would definitely still be living in one of the BRZY locations. 1000/10 recommend .
