Just wanted to leave a quick review for my leasing agent Mela. I’m not sure what others have experienced but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with leasing a new apartment. Everything was so seem less. I was a little undecided and she was so patient with me and made sure she got me into a unit that was fitting for me and my children. I am beyond grateful for the service I received and I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My experience was amazing at the Lakeview apartments . Kenyatta got me in and out and picked out a very nice unit for me . Also I was approved fairly quickly. I am more than satisfied with my apartment. I’d give 10 stars if I could 🙂

Caution: I lived inside of the Lakeview apartment complex It was a series of thefts property damage and trespassing reported to the leasing and corporate office all mangers and staff included.

With video evidence included and I got no contact back from any staff. My vehicle was damaged someone stood on top of my car roof and threw an object through my sunroof as well someone tried to break into my home and stole my bike off of the front porch.

I don't believe that the security for the property was up to par and fell to maintain properly. This is a gated community and the gates wasn't aren't closed there have been multiple incidents breaking and entering damaging property and it was all personally captured on camera. I've made police reports and I've talked to people in the office and as well I call about the incidents I feel that it hasn't been handled properly and I no longer feel safe.

I've done everything within my power providing evidence, photos have been provided as well video footage of the incidents and statements by other people and myself as well. There was no newsletter to the community as they actually do with any other incidents.

I've had to spend hundreds of dollars and would like some form of compensation. Me and neighbors are a close and personal group and have formed a community watch.

No one ever came to fix the problem that I have. No one called me. I know you’re not upset because I stated that someone need to be present at the time you enter into my apartment. I will not like anyone to be inside of my apartment unless someone is present. The fact that I have put in 2 work orders, three separate times and they have not been addressed, is crazy to me. This time I was contacted be Tim, the maintenance guy, just to see how I was doing and if I needed anything after the ice storm.

From the time I signed my lease my experience been a time in hell from poor customer service to repairs being overlooked. Trash is ridiculous throughout the apartments... I have had problems with roaches, I have lived here for a year and still having problems with the same issue with repairs I have put in work orders so many times every time maintenance comes out it's always we have to order a part for this and for that. And they never return to complete the work order.. let's talk about customer service when I moved in the apartment was under new management and they didn't care about anything but collecting rent Kenyatta and Tracy was very rude and nasty... Kenyatta stayed with an attitude.And the property under new management once again and still no change...Ameer is very rude and very unprofessional he's very disrespectful. I thank God my lease is up..
