They have stayed on top of the property : working to have good renters, taking care of the property when issues arrive and they are always available to answer my questions plus help me . Also , having a transparent statement is most appreciated!

Great rental property nice quiet neighborhood. I haven’t had many issues but they did manage to get two trees cut down due to branches falling after a storm that I reported in no time. It’s been a great experience working with Mark and the rest of the team.

A good company to rent from. We feel like more than just tenants with them and they are quick to address any issues we bring up. They are very personal and it’s easy to get in touch with the landlord/owners if I needed to. Maintenance is fast, and the owners are good people. Very pleased with this company and have been renting from them for 4 1/2 years now!

Carter Mark Realty Group has been successful at the task of managing and renting a townhouse to a client in a short period of time. Our townhouse sat vacant and there seemed to be no interest in the surrounding college community. Carter Mark Realty was successful in locating a tenant who we feel was the perfect match. You don't need a property manager when a tenant pays in full, on time and no repairs are needed. But when this doesn't happen, you need someone like Lance Carter. He and I have a long-term professional relationship. When I have an issue or I disagree with him, he is prompt to address my concerns. He sends a detailed statement on the 15th of the month and my money is deposited on time. The price of his services are competitive and my tenants seem to like Lance as much as I do because he is fair, communicates well, follows through and meets both our needs. I highly recommend him whether you are a property owner or renter. 5 stars!
