I am very happy with the service offered at Regus Lakeview, not only because the facilities are wonderful, but also because the staff goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Regus offices, especially for professionals who don't need a lot of space but value amenities like free electricity, internet, drinking water, and tea (note that coffee is no longer free). While the cleaning could be improved and the carpets need replacing, the staff, particularly Julie and Sherry, are fantastic. They are friendly and supportive, making the work environment pleasant. The location, right by Hwy 400, is very convenient, with plenty of parking available within a reasonable walking distance, good groundskeeping, and a café on the first floor open for breakfast and lunch. Can’t remove this review (meant for another location) but since it’s the same company my experience stands.

In my opinion, this company is a complete scam. Told several lies and fed in circles for weeks trying to get someone to resolve my issues. You only to be met with complete silence or runaround.

Avoid this company at all costs. I would rather spend 10x the cost of this the lawyers to fight this place than to pay them another cent.

The WORST.. I open a mail box which I never got around to use paid close to $200 to open, Then a couple days later another bill close $100… I call someone told me not worried because I just paid, then turn around and get different fees still, Customer service is horrible, Never answer the phone they just keep transferring you until you hang up or get a voicemail.. I do not RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM ESPECIALLY FOR A BUSINESS. I wish I could give negative stars!

Edit: THE OWNER NEVER HELP THERES ABSOLUTELY MO WAY TO CONTACT THE OWNER, IVE STARTED OVER 6 cases! IM STILL BEING BILLED FOR A SERVICE IVE NEVER USED!! I HOPE THERE IS A LAWSUIT COMING! ITS RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING THIS OFFICE AND REGUS IN PURE TRASH, HURT MY BUSINESS CREDIT NOW IM COMING FOR THE COMPANY!
