My realtor lacked communication, and the service was poor. I'm not writing a negative review because my realtor couldn't deliver on his expectations, but his inability to treat me like a valued client.

I used to think highly of Childress Real Estate, despite an incident where someone left a few mattresses at the trash area at Oakley Court, and nothing was done about it for 2 months. When I moved in at Oakley Court, my apartment was, for lack of better terms, DISGUSTING and dirty. At that time, the apartments were under the ownership of Keith Casey and even though I was to pay a $400 deposit, Keith did NOT offer to have the apartment cleaned. Rather, my boyfriend at the time and I were made to clean it. It was disgusting! That being said, Childress took over and everything seemed to be great despite the mattress incident. I moved out of that apartment and into a new place not leased by Childress, and asked what the status of my deposit was on 1/16/18. I never received a response. I asked again on 1/20/18 what the status was and again, no response. On 1/31/18, I got a notification that Justin had sent me a request on LinkedIn. So you mean, Justin can ask me to be one of his professional colleagues on LinkedIn but can't let me know if I am getting my deposit back? Despite your typical wear and tear on the apartment, which already was not in the best condition, I feel that I am entitled to the majority of my deposit, and if not, not only will I be extremely irate, but I will be disappointed in the lack of effort to let me know what to expect of it. I would like to use that $400 to buy myself new things for my new condo. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service by Justin and his team.
