If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not move here the management is a joke they don’t do repairs to residents apartments, they lie, pad fees, and falsify information. I had a leak in my apartment from the apartment above mine it took them 2wks and multiple calls to come stop the leak that was in July, it’s October and the necessary repairs are still needed. Don’t walk run away from their properties. And the judge will side with them.

If I could give a zero star, I definitely would! My parents have rented from these apartments for the last 14 years. For the last 5 years we have struggled to keep their a/c running. We call to have it fixed, they come in and "patch" it and then it will tear up again. The repair men will tell you that this unit is old and needs replacing but they still have not replaced it. As of today, they have been without a/c in this heat in upper 90's for the last 3 1/2 months. We were told that they had 50 plus apartments out of a/c and were last on the list. Keep in mind, my parents are in their 80's! It is very unprofessional to have the elderly with no a/c. They were promised a window unit would be brought out....2 weeks later...no window unit. I had to call and complain to be able to get that. I called again today, spoke with the manager named Sonya. She repeatedly told me that she could not help me because my name was not on the list. I told her I understand that, but obviously no one was doing anything for my parents. My parents have faithfully paid their rent and kept up their part of lease agreement. We have also had to deal with black mold in this apartment, water leaks from unit above, and when they come to "repair" they paint over areas with a different color paint from the previous color on wall...making the walls have patches of different shades, roaches, loud neighbors, trash everywhere, no maintenance on outside building or lawn, green pool..I could go on and on.... In my book...this is not ok! The next steps I will take will be with news station and attorney for wrongful doing to the elderly!

Laurel Crossing does not deserve any stars as my experience as a tenant has been horrific. I have been living in their apartment complex for four years now, and my troubles started in 2019 on the day I moved in. Despite booking a maintenance technician to complete work in my apartment, they quit without finishing any of the job and left me with an outdated oven and an unusable dishwasher full of roaches.
When I requested for the necessary work, there was a lack of communication and follow-through from the main office. It was either challenging to get in touch with them, or they would create a work order and yet fail to send technicians to address the problem.
When Covid-19 was in full swing, things have only gone from bad to worse. My sink leaked, causing mold buildup underneath, and there was mold by the windows and water closet. It was unfortunate that I couldn't smell any of it due to being immune to the home. I requested a service call for the leaking sink which was repaired shoddily with silver duct tape, leaving the lining vulnerable to coming off.
The final straw came when my water heater leaked, and I had to wait for a week for management to replace it. This caused secondary damage to the water closet, which now had a pungent moldy odor. What's even worse, I heard scratching noises as if someone was tunneling through the sheetrock in the closet, finding out that I am living with RATS. I immediately notified management, but all they did was provide me with two mouse traps despite the clear existence of rats in my apartment.
It was embarrassing to live with rat poop, mold, mildew, and roaches, especially for my kids. We had to deal with rodent ranging from rat sightings, rat traps to low odor management sweeps, but the problem persisted. The management even tried to brush it off by saying we were close to the woods and to put the cereal away, even though rats were going through our cabinets.
(Plus they called the pest control , but the issue was still be concurrent. Even the pest control people said it was overbearing).
This situation forced me to move out as soon as possible to protect my health and that of my son's. It's unacceptable that the management only cares about rent money and doesn't prioritize the welfare of their tenants. I have pictures to back up my claims, and I'm speaking up to create awareness and possibly make a positive change for other tenants who may be experiencing the same issues.
Plus the issue started with our downstairs neighbors and came through out apartment. Also, I finally had found the Manager number and she was talking as if I was the problem that has caused it but I am not and clean as ever with two toddler kids in the home. She also claim that I did not request for work orders but the work orders that she has made me aware of was not completed or the major things that I requested it has been hard to get in contact with them or have to call multiple times just to even get someone on the phone or none at all. It has something to do with these apartments is infested. Also, people are not going to complain due to the fact that they need somewhere to stay and the price is reasonable.
Many tenants I got in contact with or they run into me say the same thing. Its hard to get in contact with them

This is the worst apartment ever. The roaches is everywhere. Mold on walls. Maintenance does not work on anything. Have not been able to get anyone to fix anything and I been asking them for over 4 months.i would not recommend this apartments to my worst enemy

Lived here for 3 years. The previous owners were great. The new owners are not. The trash compactor stays overflowed. The pool is gross now. They leave trash around the back of the complex. They only take care of the front. There has been trash in the back for 3 weeks and they have just left it there. We have had break ins and car vandalism even though we have 2 officers that stay here. Leaving when my lease is over. So over this place and the staff

I feel the last administration did their best to keep the apartments and outside areas very clean. Now this new administration also are the owners to my knowledge of Cameron Crossing. If you go there it look spotless every area nice and clean. I do not know if they are trying to turn this apartment complex a ghetto. This place need a lot of area of improvement one of them should be place a gated entrance. I have seen outsiders coming in to dispose all of their trash and use the pool. As everyone get easily here I hear of people car also getting vandalized. I do not know if it still happening.

Wow! Just wow. Love the floor plans. Got to do a walk through with Tequila, who is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been burned by apartments before so she had me sit down with the assistant manager Mikaylee who helped me through all of my concerns. They are both jam up excellent ladies and they run a great office! Definitely consider moving here, I know I am!
