I paid a 1000 down to have my cabin moved because it was so big. I was told I get it back at the end. Now they won't pay

This company lacks communication. The assistant to the landlord is rude and demeaning when you call. The landlord will tell you one thing then you’ll get another story from someone else in the company. Also be careful they have changed accountants recently and are rearranging there book system. If you owe any balance by chance they will not inform you until they send you an eviction letter with a huge number on it. Tread lightly with this company and watch your every move. They like to not let you talk and will yell at you for trying to talk your tell your side.

I would leave a 0 review if I could. Called to inquire about a property and asked if there was a pet policy since none is listed on properties. Darlene said usually it's no pets. I asked if she knew for sure and she said that it was a new property, so probably. I simply stated that it doesn't matter if it's new or not if the owner accepts pets. Darlene said it did matter because they spent 7,000 on repairs. I thought you said it was a new property? 🤔 She proceeded to be very rude and hung up on me after she told me the name of the person that "normally" helps with these inquiries, who was not in the office. She then proceeded to share what I felt was that person's personal information. This is very unprofessional! If they can't respect each others privacy, what do they share about their tenants and property owners?

Key Properties has been managing my house in Tellico Village for rental for about 2 years now. I live remotely so there's no way that I could maintain a rental property without the help of Key Rental.
A couple of issues that I've had we're dealt with swiftly by Lisa the owner of Key Properties I would highly recommend their service

Darlene is one of the rudest people I have ever spoke with.I happen to pass by a home that was for rent with this company wanted alittle information on it but all I got was a lot of I don’t know,laughing and an awful attitude from her.Highly recommend looking into other rental companies
