Once I signed the lease I can say that this has been the BEST rental experience to date... and I have rented several homes. Melissa Robinson was awesome to work with, she communicated very quickly when needed and you can definitely tell she CARES! That's rare anymore! Also, Matt Bowling was very professional and helpful. Patrick Welsh managed our rental property for three years. He was always efficient and courteous and took care of everything! With the rental in Patrick's hands, we had no worries!
