Very suspicious that the only person you can talk to is in the Philippines and has no idea how to speak with someone local! BE AWARE PEOPLE! ps. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star!!!

Have called numerous times. Did a walk thru on a property in Knoxville on 2021 e Fifth Ave. Called to complete next steps after walk thru been a month . Nobody never called and still haven't. Interested in another property keep leaving message nobody will call you back. And I'm In need of housing.

Look at a rental they was working on. spoke with the "contractor" find out few min later he's just their hourly maintenance guy. I thought he just started the project but he was actually finishing up. I thought to myself this is so unfinished n nasty looking. Some things didn't need fixed but replaced. Again I thought maybe they'll be back. I did a walk through with the agent. Conditions was the same with a little cleaning and a few plug ins to cover the smell never fixed the the sloppiness. For the price they was charging for rent was just crazy to me.A BIG PASS
