Horrible, unprofessional management company. My building was literally falling apart. Not to mention that the address they provide you to pay your final balance is incorrect so you can’t make your payment (they won’t let you pay online and they won’t take a care). They’ll then send you to collections, which will hit your credit. Our “property manager” (if you can call her that) is super rude, condescending, and downright lazy, and will straight up lie to you and ignore requests for a situation to be escalated to someone above her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I’ve lived under the management NAI about a year now at Oakview. Angela has been my manager and she’s been great! Towards the end of my lease, I had some issues out of my control with the apartment and Angela made the process much easier and was incredibly helpful in dealing with it and doing what she could to make sure I was compensated for my troubles. It was clear she was putting extra effort into going above and beyond to fix my situation. Had I not had a manager that was so willing to help me out it would have been much more difficult dealing with the outside parties such as KUB and the city of Knoxville. Very grateful for the help and I’m very satisfied with the service from Angela and NAI.

I began renting last year and immediately recognized the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from our property manager Angela Collins. Closer to moving out this year i noticed she began sending one word responses or just not responding at all. I chose to move because I didn’t want to rent from her anymore. My security deposit was supposed to get returned 30 days after i moved out but it took over a month and a half to come. She told me it was being looked into and then never got back to me and then eventually when i contacted NAIs office i was able to talk to someone who actually told me it was never even mailed out. She began being super rude over text and now I have learned she is about to no longer work for these specific properties anymore. I would never recommend her to anyone to rent from as she is super unprofessional and rude and has obviously had issues with other people in the past.
