Our move to East Tennessee from southern Alabama was a major life event for me and my husband. Both of us are in our late seventies and the prospect of finding a home and dealing with an interstate move was daunting. Michael "Bones" Allen understood and he went above and beyond to make our home search and subsequent home purchase as easy and stress free as possible. He is the most thorough and effective realtor I've ever dealt with and I've bought and sold many homes over the years. His contacts with lenders, home inspectors, title companies, insurance companies and contractors of all kinds were invaluable to us since we have not lived in the area. He is proactive on behalf of his buyer clients anticipating issues before they arise. I wish I had had "Bones" to guide me when I was a first-time buyer! Jamie was awesome and was always there for us throughout the entire process of selling our house!
