Not professional and never really helped us. Only helps who they choose. Avoid this realtor at all costs or they will cost u money. Only out for themselves and only helps those who will get them the most money. We did most of the work ourselves to only find out the place we were going to buy was a bust and and they made it out to be like it was better than what it was. Changed up their words and still took our down payment. Not a company you want to do business with, and they were always rude with us. You could tell they really didn't want to help us. Terrible terrible experience with these people. Watch out.

I have been helping a friend locate a cattle farm to purchase. We came across a property that was offered for sale through DreamWorks Realty in Baxley, GA.
