I will have to say that our experience with Keller Williams Realty and in particular Tom Maldonado was exceptional. This was not our first rodeo and what we really appreciated was that, on our initial contact, Tom listen to what our parameters and goals were for the new house. That being said, it was evident that Tom truly understood the Columbus market. For example, some of the houses we did look at in our preferred neighborhoods were, let's say, optimistically priced. Tom worked with us on the comps to ensure that we would not overpay for any of the listings we had an interest in fostering a transparent and trusting relationship. Communication, whether with calls, emails, or text were answer promptly which kept us well informed. As such, I would highly recommend Tom Maldonado and the Keller Williams Realty.

I have to say this office is staffed with amazing, kind-hearted people. I had a flat tire and two different gentlemen offered help when they saw it as they walked by. Michael in particular stayed nearby and checked to make sure I was stocked while I waited for the repair tech. I will keep his card for my next real estate adventure!

I didn’t want to give a one! They don’t deserve it! Run as fast as you can from this Broker and the Agent Elizabeth Mcbunn, it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate company!!! They lie, the broker has never been available! We have waited 3 weeks on an Ernest money check to be given to us, because NO ONE showed up at the attorneys office for the closing, and we and still haven’t received it, the broker is ALWAYS unavailable! I will be making a complaint with the Georgia Real Estate Commission office as well!! I flip houses, I never want to see their name on one of our contracts again!!

Michael Terrell went above and beyond as our real estate agent. He was knowledgeable, patient, and great to work with.

When we found a house and got an accepted offer, we were excited to close the deal. In the middle of all that, Michael had a stroke and was hospitalized. The man continued to represent our interests. Between hospitalization and rehab, Michael got the job done and never missed a beat. The Keller Williams team rallied behind him and supported him. He showed up to our closing walking triumphantly with the help of a cane, but he never gave up.

Thank you Michael Terrell and the KW team. This man will absolutely get the job done for you - even from a hospital bed he’s better than any I’ve dealt with before.
