Noble, this is the name of my mechanic. He is a very professional and honest black gentleman. What happened to me was I had my apu diagnosed at a dealer in VA, and they told me my generator was bad, but they didn’t have the part, and they told me the part number. Today I went to this dealer trying to just buy the part and have them install it. I refused the diagnosis because I trusted the first dealer’s diagnosis and tried to avoid paying diagnosis again. However, As Noble looked into my apu, and he came to me saying he didn’t feel it would be the generator and the part number the first dealer provided was incorrect version of year. So he suggested me to let him do a diagnostic test, which I need to pay, and that’s why he asked me in advance. I trusted him and said ok. Then he brought me a good news that it’s not the $2200 generator, it’s the$ 220 capacitor instead of. So he helped me avoid wasting lot of money. If you are an owner operator, you ll understand how hard this kind of mechanic can be found. Highly recommended and I appreciate him a lot!

We went in there to get a temp download but the employee there, (not going to mention his name) downloaded the report of last month and kept telling us the report is correct but the date of the month is incorrect. so it treat 10/7/24 as 11/07/24 where in reality he in fact did download last months report instead of yesterday's. Afterall, good thing he figured out his mistake and sent the correct temp download after telling us we had to call Carrier and handle it with them instead of all he had to do was set the correct date to download report. He needs to be trained well so that the next person to come for a temp download doesn't go through what we experienced.

I took my reefer box truck to fix the freezer unit and they did a great job trying to help us. They order the part and we were able to get everything done without missing 1 day of work. Definitely coming back for all my future needs. Jimmy was very helpful.

I wish I could give negative star, I took my reefer there on Monday for 1. Visible oil leak 2. Reefer engine stall while running
3. freon leak
It sit there from Monday to Friday every time I call to check the morning shift tells technician looked at it and found nothing wrong and the afternoon tells me is not assigned to a technician yet. So I decided to go physically on Friday morning and found my trailer was never moved from the spot I dropped on and nothing was fixed. They charged me $199 for labor and released the trailer. Went straight to local reefer shop he found out that the compressor shaft seal leaking and replaced the seal in no time and checked for the oil leak and found that gasket was missing replaced it and run reefer everything running perfect. All this was done in less than half day.

Parts counter is very helpful. Service is always backed up. I’ve tried several times to get my APU serviced and always a week or two out. I just buy the parts and do my own pm Svc.

I had a problem with my APU. Problem was not solved. I was very unhappy. Paul Weisner called me the next day, got the compressor, and in less than a week I have a new compressor. If it wasn't for Paul, I would be without AC in my truck for another summer, as they are back ordered. Thank you so much for your professionalism and rapid resolution of the situation.
