If i could put 0 stars I would. A few years ago I had an experience I will never forget with Dick's Realty. This was the singularly worst business deal I have ever done. I was living out of state when my father passed away. I had come into the office because I was only in town for a very limited time as my father had passed away unexpectedly and the property needed to be sold. There were all kinds of promises made and when the owner of the realty came out he said with 3 1/2 acres and two mobile homes one in desperate need of repair but could be rehabbed I would likely get in the area of 90k. I signed the paperwork and even paid his family to clear out the items left in the home. A year later The owner/manager whatever (a direct descendant of the owner) gives me a low ball offer for 56k and tells me or should I say very very aggressively yells at me, if I don't take it he will drop me as a client and I will have to find another realtor. I live in the southwest. This would require more expenditures etc, but understand this realty had never previously sent me a realistic offer I think the only offer I got from them was for 20k for a corner lot with a livable mobile home and a few outbuildings on 3+ acres in an up and coming area...seriously?. They said the low offer was because the one mobile would have to be removed from the property. Turns out they never used the mobiles cleared the lot and put a 200k+ house on that property. DO NOT use these people if you are an out of town seller as I truly believe the fact that I was not a local (even though I had lived there 10 years previously) and was in a tight situation. I truly hope it was worth it. 0/10 Horrible people Take the name Dick to heart, call it honest advertising.

We had our property management bought by an agent with Dicks reality. This was the worst experience we have had renting out our property. After tenants left there were holes in the walls, mold on the roof, and fire pit was so full they started burning things in the grass. Just to make a few. They are playing a he said she said game and no one is taking responsibility. Nothing was notated as it should have been or any walk through to verify conditions. Even though the contract says nothing beyond normal wear and tear. We are now stuck paying to fix these issues without being able to use the security deposit. I would shop around for other options for property management.

Don't use these people! Renee Tillman is a sorry excuse for a realtor. Not only was I not informed that the house I bought was a HUD house where corners were cut during its construction but she didn't bother to tell me about the SHIP program for first time home buyers which would have saved me thousands. I was told it's too late now after the purchase was made. I guess the extra paperwork would have just been too much extra work for her. Sorry excuse for a woman. SMH 😒🙄

When we made the decision to shop for a house we also shopped for a realtor. Erika was the only one from the 3 I dealt with that actually cared. She answered any questions we had at any point without throwing a fit like 2 other realtors did, with a smile on her face. Once we found our home and put in an offer she was still available to answer any questions. We didn't have the happiest closing ever, but that's on the sellers. They originally said they wanted to close on December 31, so in 20 or so days. We wanted to give them more time as Christmas and New Year was around the corner, so the date was set for February 1. A week before the closing Erika called and asked if we could move the closing back a week. We said no as we needed to move for health reasons, and the home owners were really mad at her (honestly no idea why, it wasn't Erica's decision to make). Erika handled the situation very professionally, despite being cussed out by the owners. When closing day came we went to do the final walkthrough the owners weren't out of the house, we're not packed. We gave them until 12:30, as we had more paperwork than they did. Owners stormed into the title company around 1 and would not even meet our eyes. Honestly it doesn't matter, but what does is that Erika was very professional through the whole process. I would and do recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor!

Never trust Renee tilman no good liar . I won't go into details because I am sure I am not the only one to whom has fell victim to this trap queen man hater poor excuse for a professional . Tricked me and broke the law allowing false documentation to create false paperwork to steal money. She sucks and of you don't agree come talk to me in person . Don't need your drama need relief of theft .

They let my listing expire with an agent who was no longer even working there. Never bothered to call or give me another agent to sell my property. Called to re list it for sale and the gentleman said he would call me back after he got the info and never even called me back. Run as far as you can from this place.
