We started working with Robyn in November of 2023 (so crazy to think it was that long ago lol considering we closed on our house in March of 2025!) We looked at resales and after 6-7 months, we decided to build our dream home with HENJO Development! We had no idea what to expect financially, what we needed to do, etc. I can’t say enough how important it is to work with a lender that will be upfront with you on what is and is not possible and how to choose the best mortgage loan that makes sense for your specific situation and what you want for your monthly payment. Her communication was consistent and clear, her demeanor was always an excellent balance of personable and professional.
