I tried to rent a house from Land which was $100 less than what I currently pay for an apartment. The house was perfect. Exactly .what I wanted Susan Land was rude when I called for an explanation . Very rude , unprofessional behavior. If your ona fixed inconrw, don't waste your time.

THIEF. Horrible company for rentals. Susan Land is a con-artist. She forced us to sign a 2-year lease without allowing any time for review or thought. House was infested with RATS which she refused to take care of. Problem was in the construction of the house, not a pest control issue. Roof fell in even though multiple leaks had been reported. Any time we reported problems, she threatened to raise the rent or that we could break the lease and leave if we weren't happy. She required prorated payment to move in on the date she required us to sign the lease, refused to allow us to make it effective on the first. Then at move out, claimed she couldn't prorate the last month and we had to pay until the end of the month. DO NOT rent from her. She is crooked.

The lady was not very nice at all. She explained to my husband about having great credit scores and I understand that but My husband was trying to explain what hat happened and how he was bringing his score back up.Do if you don’t have at least a 675 score don’t bother with them! Oh wait she did say if you have a 625 score she had a house which was in a very bad area and we have a lot of a very nice items and collectibles that can not be replaced.Thanks but no thanks A very upset client

Horrible company to use! They do not care about their residents at all. Apartment was not kept to standards inside or outside. They will lie to you constantly that thing would get done and nothing would happen. After multiple break ins, Moved out and Pat Rowe wanted to charge me after I changed the locks for my safety. I even gave her the old locks back. Con-Artist would describe them perfectly. Do not use these people, its not worth it.

Land, Inc. does not manage rental properties with respect to homes immediatly surrounding their rental properties. I would not trust this company to manage your property unless you are willing and able to be proactive in your property's needs or manage your property behind them. I am extremely disappointed in this company. What a shame. Not worth the money they get paid.

I left a 5* review 4 years ago and I just want to say you still deserve the 5*. I've been with Land Inc for 7 years now in two different houses. Jack has always been professional and takes care of any issues promptly.

even if I do not get the house I put in an application for. I got to say that the man, I think his name is conner, was very friendly and helpful towards me. I am hoping for a house on springer st. Very nice house. Hoping to rent from these people. They seem very nice.
