If I could give zero stars I would. They charge you for maintenance requests. They do not fix every request you have. They only care about your money. Please do not rent from them if you care about your overall health. Mold and roach infestation rentals. Horrible landlords.

Terrible!!! Don't waste your time. You're better off spending more money for a nice place to stay. Mold and roach infested trap houses. If you dont want Slumlords for Landlords run as fast as you can!!!

The office is clean, the staff is very friendly. They explained the process from the application to how long it would take to get approved and gave options available for possible mid-month move ins. They even asked about the condition of the house I looked at. I love having the possibility of online payment portal for rent again.

This is the worst place I have rented from in my life. They are rude on the phone and condescending. Half of the times my home needed repairs I was back charged. I have had a problem with them getting my work done as well. I was supposed to be contacted almost three weeks ago about a charge that they put on my account because my wife confronted then about comments toward our family. $50 I still weeks later have a down fence and trees in my yard that have not been fixed from storm. If you want a decent place and good customer service this is not the place for you. Sorry they dont have a half star rating that's what I want to give.

I completely understand when people say you get what you pay for, and to a degree I agree with that. I rented from mallory for two years. 1st year was great. Then things went WAY downhill, and quickly. Mold in the bathroom. Hole in the ceiling that POURED water every time it rained. Half of the wall outlets didn't work. Hole in the floor that could have given way at any second. I called or reported every single issue on the portal. Nothing was done. There are third world countries with better places to live. No excuse. I can understand needing time to make repairs, but when are there legitimate health hazards and they city says the house is uninhabitable, that's a priority or at least it should be.

I have repeatedly asked Mallory to call me when they are sending maintenance or anybody else to my home because I work 5-10 minutes from home and I have no problem meeting them at my residence. The maintenance left a door knob hanger saying the problem of the toilet running and was fixed. There wasn't even any water in the tank. The problem wasn't fixed. Now I have asked to be present upon anyone entering my residence in writing. Here's a copy of what was given to them.
UPDATE. Mallory called the owner of my home and they sent a new maintenance man out to fix the toilet. He put the information in the wrong spot and said he never went in my home. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Just moved to the area so everyone is telling me about renting a house from Mallory! Checked out their properties and they only have 1 bedroom houses available at the moment! The rental rates are extremely low and reasonable! Everyone can’t afford $1200-2000 for a two BR, so to see a company actually helping the community it’s great!
