If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The head of the HOA for the neighborhood is a joke and has no interest in helping solve any issues. There is also no concern for fixing the issues with their advertised amenities. None of the equipment in the fitness center has worked in the year I’ve lived here, and the head of the HOA only has the excuse that she can’t find anyone to fix it. As to their house plans, there’s no storage in the house. The closets are tiny, and I didn’t build this house, but from what I can tell, everything is low grade. No tile, hardwood, or even laminate, just cheap carpet and linoleum. If you can find another builder, I would definitely go somewhere else.
