From the moment we met Miss Cheryl she began ascertaining what kind of personalities we have. She wanted to understand our wants and needs, our hobbies, and how we spend our time here to ultimately assist her in finding us the perfect home to suit our needs and budget. This is exactly what she accomplished with her hard work, local contacts, and her availability. She was ever present when needed and went out of her way in more than one instance to ensure the closing went smoothly. Cheryl receives 5 stars for her enthusiasm and willingness to help us sell our Georgia land long distance . Other realtors never answered or returned calls but Cheryl went the extra mile including speaking with us well into the evening whenever we had concerns. The video she posted was well done and also helped with the sale.
Though at times her computer skills were a little weak , she persevered and aimed to please. We would definitely recommend her to others looking for a realtor in St. Mary's.
