Deborah Melchert is EXTREMELY unprofessional. She will set something up with you, never call you back, won't answer the phone, and then give the house away to someone else.

Edit: The owner claims that someone tried to call me, but this did not happen. I have answered every unsaved number in hopes of this office returning me call. I have left numerous voicemail THIS WEEK. When I spoke to her on Sunday, this house was available. She is just plainly unprofessional.

Debi is an amazing person to have in your corner, especially during this crazy market where home buying is particularly difficult. She helped position us to lock down a home that had a multiple offer situation and I don't think I would've been able to land the home I wanted without her input. Then, when we hit a snag with our lender, she put in some serious overtime to get our mortgage file moved to another lender that was able to move us along very smoothly. It would have been a devastating situation if we didn't have Debi on our side. I feel like we gained both a lovely house and a family friend. I cannot recommend Debi highly enough!
