My husband and I have a property located in Yulee, FL that needed to have the carpet stretched. Advanced Carpet Care was hired to complete the job. Upon my inspection (a couple months after work was done) I found some problems with the work that was done. After talking to Nick (who was very easy to talk to and understanding of my concerns) he offered to go back to the property on a Sunday to correct the issues. I am happy to say that he went over and beyond in terms of customer service and produced quality work. Ashley and Nick did an amazing job. Great communication, great work ethic, and very friendly. We are selling our house and needed a deep clean and our tiles were in need of a very very good scrub as the bath crayons were not coming off. It looks like I have a whole new bathroom after they came. My house smelled lovely and looked even better. I would highly recommend Nick and Ashley for any cleaning needs. The price was spot on!

I went out of town for my daughter's wedding ,came home to my entire entire home flooded from a busted pipe, Nick was there within 20 minutes and extracted ALL the water ,left equipment to dry it.Hes so knowledgeable and educated me on this process !He also cleaned all my rugs and sofa ,free of charge .. id give him 10 stars if I could! I now booked them for a cleaning service! This is a wonderful family owned business!!!

Cannot say enough about Nick!!! Went with a community Facebook suggestion and we couldn’t be happier. He was just the nicest, professional guy…and he transformed our tile floors. I’ve tried for two years to clean this tile, could never get a clear water floor…before and after pics. Thank you so very much again and again, Nick!!!

Lighting is a little different but the last three pics with nice bright whiter tiles and clean grout are the after!!!!!

Amazing work! On time and punctual! He came in and helped me clean my carpets after having a puppy who didn't want to potty train and I have two little ones with asthma! He was quick to respond and very thorough! Will definitely use him again in the future!
