Update- after comment I called and surprise no one even picked up.

Decided to give it a shot and paid $17 for my Jeep to be left with a ton of extra soap. I had to then rewash it at my house just to get the soap off. I swear it literally missed an entire side. I will not be going back again if that’s what $17 Pays for.

What can I say? i’ve been going there for about a year now on a daily basis because keeping my car clean is important to me. They always provide me with the means of keeping my car clean, friendly service, smiling faces. I love the whole gang up there. I kind of feel like we’re all a part of the same family. I see them every day and the vacuum cleaners really suck..because that’s what they’re supposed to do. Take 5 rocks!!!

We had a very nice experience at the Take 5 car wash in Saint Mary’s, Georgia. The employees were excellent and they did a fine job on the exterior of my car before it went through the wash. Also, their bathroom is very clean! Thanks for your hard work.

I have been using the car wash for about two months. The staff is friendly and courteous. The car wash does a really good job washing my vehicle. But, it does a terrible job drying my vehicle. I have complained to the staff on several occasions and they say that they have reported it to management and there’s nothing they can do. Several times the bed of my truck has been full of foam. I have also shown that to the management. They say they have told the management of the problem and awaiting to have it fixed. It’s been two months and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I know I’m not the only one who has complained about this for several of my friends or members of the car wash as well and they complained of the same situation. Now it’s a great deal for the money they charge, but it would be much better if they would do some maintenance.

I had never been here & when Gabe offered me unlimited washes through March 20 for $17, I thought 'why not'? I happened to look at my receipt while in the wash & saw the words "Auto Recharge Authorization" WHAT? I was never told I was purchasing a monthly recurring package! Conveniently, the office couldn't cancel my membership so I had to do it from home. And funny enough, they are NOT members of the BBB and they have an F rating. Go figure. Last time I'll ever patronize anything to do with Take 5.

Employees are great. The car wash itself is getting worse and leadership isn’t taking care of the equipment. First the spinning brush on the right side has been just spinning for at least 6 months and it still hasn’t been repaired. Secondly, it doesn’t rinse the soap off the vehicle my entire right side, I had to wipe the soap off while I was hand drying.
The blow dryer is a heap of crap, it doesn’t dry any vehicle even moderately. Today I opened my windows and the nozzles don’t even blow any air.
Once I get to a parking area to utilize the vacuums and my left side worked great, however the right side wouldn’t suck anything.
I go to utilize some of the cleaner and they are diluted so much they barely resemble a cleaner.
On a positive note, trash cans are never overflowing and most of the time towels are available.
I really hate to complain publicly but I have mentioned my noted complaints to employees and they don’t have the voice to management to make improvements to the facility’s. If things don’t change I predict this business will be like others in Camden that don’t list to their customers.
Just a reminder, we have options down the street now, so this business is not the only show in town anymore.

This place has a great location and is the only car wash around but it desperately needs to be remodeled lots of the nozzles don’t work the tire shine doesn’t work few of the vacuums don’t work. Hopefully soon it will get the attention it needs .

Friendly, helpful staff. I lobe they pre wash and scrub the vehicle before going to the auto wash. Always have detailing supplies at the self-vacuum area and vacuums always in good order. Never any damage to my vehicle in 4 years of going. The unlimited monthly is absolutely worth it to me. I cancelled it once (had trouble doing it online but when I called the actual location they did it for me no problem) and regretted it. I have the unlimited wash again now. The free air freshener is a nice touch. The only place aside from my own driveway that I get my car washed.
