Looking for just the perfect place you will call home should be a proud, happy, and exciting time. The right real estate agent can make that experience joyful, not stressful. We got lucky with Debbie Davies! She simply gets it and made the journey a pleasure because she never pressured us! Mind you, it took three years for us to find just the perfect place and never did she complain of the length of time it took. Did I forget to mention that she is extremely patient? She is!
Of utmost importance is buyers want someone with integrity. We can see through to the greed, yes? Trust your instincts when it comes to choosing who will represent you. Debbie also puts importance on integrity, you can trust her. When we had questions, they were answered immediately (through text, call, or email) and if Debbie didn't know the answer to a question, she promptly found out and put us in touch with those who did. She is professional yet very easy to talk to and you feel that she is on your side. Debbie is who you want in your corner...supporting and educating you through the process. We would highly recommend Debbie Davies! During our closing, I jokingly told her that we were firing her as our realtor; and in return, we were gaining a friend!
