If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I have been searching for a home to rent for weeks now and came across this company that was advertising a home. Granted my credit is not 100% and I completely understand that as well however when it came time for the credit check they hit my credit with a HARD INQUIRY which dropped my score 78 points. This isn’t my first time doing a rental application and I’m aware of credit checks however it’s supposed to be a “SOFT “ check vice hard inquiry. Their website advertises a soft pull and there’s nothing stating in the application for a hard pull. I’ve been calling fighting with these people to get it removed from my credit report and the first time I chatted with Mega she apologized and told me the website is incorrect and they were in the process of fixing this. This is a major issue and did severe damage to my credit even more. It doesn’t stop there because when she transferred me to what definitely wasn’t corporate the woman I spoke to would not give me her name she stated she’d call me back. Here I am another week later and fighting with them. I just want it removed from my credit report. Just so everyone is aware if you apply for a rental expect a “HARD INQUIRY”

Zero stars isn't an option unfortunately.
I'm active duty military and was trying to rent my house through them as I moved to another unit. I was with them only for about 4 weeks. I called to check on applicant's and how everything was going. The property manager almost acted as if she really didn't have a clue what was going on with the applicants that were pending (holding up other applications). My house was listed NOWHERE and no one could see it at all. So I had someone else to go check on the property and my back door was left WIDE OPEN. I called Georgia power to check what the electric bill and kilowatts spike was and it showing that the door was left open for about a week and 2 days. My house now smells of mildew and my AC unit has been running super hard. Naturally I'm irate and I call Coldwell Banker to see what in the world was going on. They claimed that they didn't leave the door open at all and they wouldn't give me who would. So more evidence that they knew the door was open. I want to end my contract with them. And they are trying to charge me $150 for application fees. I won't be paying them anything. These people are horrible and everyone should stay AWAY from them.

I have been living in one of their rentals for almost 8 months in Woodbine, GA. Every interaction I have had with the staff has been courteous and friendly, even through handling a discrepancy right from the start, to situations which have arisen since my becoming a tenant. Quick to address an issue, even when I contact them after hours, it was taken care of promptly. They have always been helpful! I have nothing but good things to say about my personal interactions with them.

I cannot state clearly enough how much you should seek another company to manage your properties or from whom to rent a property. As a tenant I was constantly bomarded with rude personnel, ridiculous rules and failures of their systems which resulted in additional expenses for me (like their bill pay website glitching). As just one example, they took three days to send a technician out to see why our AC wasn't working (in South Georgia summer) and claimed nothing was wrong with our system despite the housing being 85*. When we finally were so frustrated that we looked ourselves, it was a simple fuse that needed replacing. They are just slightly better than slum lords in their ability to squeeze you for money while paying for nothing themselves.

Absolutely horrible!! If you're looking for a realtor to put a sign in your front lawn and a lockbox on your door, you came to the right place, ask for Lisa mc morine that's all she's good for, she'll put a sign in your front lawn and we'll go missing in action, and she has your health listed when there's a showing, and the realtor can't get in don't look really so you won't get an answer!! If you're looking for a high society think you're better than everybody realtor go with Angie Schroeder, this realtor thinks that she is God's gift!! She'll talk you want them buying a house she thinks that she is Mrs know it all, she's God's gift to women I'm telling ya, STAY AWAY FROM COLDWELL BANKER

Lied to me multiple times about "problems" they were having contacting me and previous landlords, as well as my boss to verify employment. Seems like they just wanted to rent to someone else and keep my 60 dollars from the application. Gave me a run around for weeks when I could've been applying other places instead. Good luck renting from these guys

If zero stars was an option, I would give it to this agency. If you want anything done, you have to hound them to do it. The staff was not helpful in any way, shape, or form. Due to a blatant lack of any sort of notification regarding their policy around certain breeds of pets, my time and deposit money was wasted applying for a house under the false pretense that I actually had a chance to rent the property. This is villainy if I have ever seen it and I will be attempting to pursue further action with the local authorities (Georgia Real Estate Commission Board). I talked to a majority of the staff to try to get said problem resolved and none of them offered me any help; a lack of effort was evident. All they were willing to do was recommend me to get in contact with corporate, but when you call corporate, they just send you straight to a help center, which is an automated message telling you to get in contact with your local office. This is a pointless circle of phone calls basically telling me to report them to themselves. This is by far the worst renting agency I have EVER come in contact with. For the love of god, if you value your sanity, time, and money, STAY AWAY FROM COLDWELL BANKER!!!

Having several times the food is always good and the service is great. I understand that this is an old family restaurant that's changed hands but still operate with the same principles and values, quality food and great customer service. The staff is really friendly, even the folks working in the kitchen will come out and speak to you and greet you when you come in the door.
