I’ve had a fantastic experience with Mrs. Grace as the apartment manager. She is very professional, responsive, and truly care about the residents’ needs. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it was addressed promptly and with a positive attitude. "When my AC went out she ensured a maintenance team was at my apartment within hours.” The community is well-maintained, and Mrs. Grace goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and safe environment. I highly recommend this apartment because of their excellent management!”

I had the pleasure of working directly with Mrs Grace Blake and she was beyond helpful from start to finish. Awesome experience. She made the application process easy and made me feel that she really cared about me getting housing in a time when I was really trying to figure out which complex I would rent from, my anxiety was eased. She was open, honest, and kept prompt communication. She’s 100% the reason I chose to rent from Royal Point and I’m glad she’s a representative of them.

Royal Point is a beautiful place to live. I have been here for 3 yrs with my family and have no complaints. Ms Grace is such a beautiful person and very forth coming and understanding. If ever I have any issues she is right there with open ears and a solution. Would highly recommend!

I recently applied and was approved for move in in exactly one day -actually within a couple hours!! From the time I spoke with Grace in the leasing office til the time I received a call saying I was approved literally took a couple hours. The application process is extremely consumer conscious as it’s all at your finger tip to complete and process from beginning to end. The Staff is amazing. Leo and Devon are the best maintenance staff. Always on time never have to wait for a work order. Amber and Grace are two of the most professional managers. In four years I never had one issue at Royal Point. As I am prepared to move to my own home I wanted to thank everyone at Royal Point. The last four years were amazing. I recommend this complex to anyone and give it a five star review.
