This company gave us great service as our property managers when we moved out of state. They found good renters, collected rents and provided maintenance for us for a decent rate. Much easier than doing the work ourselves. They managed the property and do all maintenance in a timely manner and stayed on budget. They were professional and honest with us at all times. They have taken care of our house for 8 years, and they fixed everything that was reported to them. When we got ready to sell, we had minimal repairs to do. 🙂

The following pictures speak louder than words. Look at the “clean”, freshly “painted”, “ready to move in” house we received. The fans had black dust accumulated. The paint job done was patchy to cover all the scratches or marks the house had from top to bottom on EVERY single wall. The house smelled of smoke and we had to fill it with odor eliminating solution for two months to get rid of it (the cigarette was in the grass in front of the house) yet, she said no one smoked in it and she couldn’t smelled it. There were dissected frogs, lizards in between doors; accumulated black dust in the open areas above the master bathroom shower, and multiple spider webs across the ceilings. The kitchen cabinets had dents, discoloration, and marks inside and outside. The light in the master shower was dimmed and the vanity lights flashing. The whole house looked and smelled dirty, and when I asked for a deep clean Mrs Linda Grooms said that it wasn’t needed because the house was what she considered “clean”. However, we turned in a much cleaner house since I washed down with buckets of water the black dust from the whole pool area doors, garage, and bathrooms. We changed all the indoor lights and left bulbs for replacements. Took off all spider webs, and deep clean the house multiple times during 11 months to keep it neat because I’m a Latina that cannot stand dirty houses. We got the carpets professionally clean, left the fan after moping the floors and whiteboards one last time a day before the move out inspection. We took off most of the house’s wall marks by scrubbing the walls clean with soap and water. And, during the move out inspection, Mrs Grooms trying to take advantage of a military man, had to kneel and put her finger down to look for dust on the whiteboard that came from a day of the fans being on because they did not even look gray as they used to when we moved in. She noted the dimmed light from the shower that did not bother if it was new and dimmed before we move into the house. And, reclaimed an existing dent in the cabinet to add it to the bill and charge it again for who know how many times as if she was trying to just keep squeezing money from my military husband. Just to name a few of the charges I told her I do not agree with. I sent her the pictures taken on January 2022 proving the cabinets were not damaged by us but, she decided to block the attachments settings so she cannot see them. I hope these are clear for everyone to take notes of how she thought this was move in ready back in January 3, 2022.

I used to rent with another company, but there was an issue where the owner was not using our rent money to pay the mortgage, so we were evicted without notice. "Don't use this real estate agency. The place you’re applying for is very expensive, and the manager too difficult to let uou pass. There are only few people working in the company, and they are not good and too much. You will waste your time and money for appreciation cost.
