Wish I would have read the reviews about the rental property.

Please go take the time to read the other reviews about this rental company that are on the regular Watson Realty Reviews. People put them on the wrong Google company. There are other experiences just like mine about not getting repairs done and being wrongfully charged for things out of their deposit.

We intended renting for 2-5 years and would have stayed in the same home if we had a better experience than what we did.

I'm convinced that they get away with how they treat tenants because the military helps move tenant in and out of the area so often.

Also, Catherine Lewis one of the 5 star reviews is the office manager.... really makes me wonder if any of the good reviews are real.

I was a tenant for 2 years and the staff at Watson was awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. My move out with my PM was as expected and my deposit was returned to me with no issue. Will use again if necessary in the future and always recommend them to others.
