Atlantic Bay was fantastic to work with. I used them to finance my new home. I have had experience with them previously as a realtor. Shain Davis is our local mortgage broker for their company, Transactions go smooth and fees are low so I decided I use them personally. So thankful I went this route. Shain is such an asset to Atlantic Bay. She made the process painless. I have seen her work hard for my clients but I really got a peek into how much she does while watching my transaction unfold. You will not regret working with her.

Another note unrelated to my purchase I’d like to add. As a realtor I only work with Pre-approved buyers. This protects my time and the sellers time. I know without a doubt anyone approved through Shain at Atlantic Bay is fully approved. She is thorough In her pre-approval process.

Shain was always prompt in responding and available at almost any time of the day. She was very helpful in laying out what we needed to get done and when they needed to be done to ensure we would have our loan secured by closing. We really felt like it was a more personal experience than just professional. As first time home buyers, she was so patient with us as we navigated all of the required documents and paperwork.
