BEWARE! Home for rent on Sugarcreek in Riverdale has confirmed mold, roof leaks, bathroom leaks, tub leaks and soaked carpet padding and baseboards bulging out downstairs. Instead of replacing the roof they put a black tube. They know about these problems and still re listed for rent . Garage has crack in the bottom of concrete. The roof has holes in it and need to be replaced. Someone I know recently moved out of the home on Sugarcreek way. They painted the ceilings to cover up roof leak stains. Have someone professional look at the roof it needs to be replaced but they refuse to fix these things. Such bad business Run from this company beware

I rented a home from Market South for 7 years. Brande always treated us like family and with the utmost respect. I will never forget the time our oven went out on Christmas Eve! We gave her a call and she got someone out there on a holiday! Brande and Karen always accommodated us. Needless to say when you’re a trustworthy tenant and pay on time and take care of the property keeping it clean and no damages or violations they will take care of you.

I called to get my toilet installed. I was offered next day service but I wasn't available. They worked around my schedule and made it happen! Tim came by on time, called to let me know he was in route, quick nice work. He also had to step out and get a piece we were missing, completely my fault by the way and remained professional. Absolutely awful. They will move you into an unsafe home and then blame you for the needed repairs. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

Our home had several fire hazards and multiple code violations. We went several days without power due to their cheap and unsafe wiring - there was no form of compensation for that. After speaking to a neighbor who knew the previous tenants of the home it became obvious that they know of these issues and still move people in and out of the home, WITHOUT MAKING REPAIRS. I am pleased to be out of their property, but now dealing with them only returning a partial amount of my deposit.

If you don’t want to have the hassle of taking a negligent and unlawful landlord to court like I am now having to do, simply avoid these hacks. AND AVOID BELLE!

Market South Properties is the best management company in Georgia. Brande and her team provided me professional, meticulous, zero defect service for 8 years. My property always had a renter and team always ensured that my tenant and I were satisfied (that's hard!). Brande became my realtor and dual agent when I sold the property in March 2023; I'm extremely grateful for her knowledge, soft skills, and intuitive thinking which made the sale a seamless process. One of the best property management companies I have ever used. I was a tenant at one of their properties for a couple of years and never had a problem. The staff are very friendly, professional, and on top of their game. Whenever I placed a work order the office followed up in a timely manner and someone was sent out to fix/look at the problem. Brande is the best! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home for me and my five children. Going through the phase of looking for the perfect home and feeling like time is not on your side can be very stressful. When I went through that phase I called the office many times and they never made me feel like I was just another number. Market South properties remained professional and were very kind. I loved the flexibility they offered when it came to their business hours as well. When I moved in and out, I did so after business hours and they were accommodating. In fact I had to reschedule my move out inspection on three different occasions and Cheryl was very patient and even did it on her day off! MOLD, ROOF LEAKS, AWFUL… home for rent on Sugarcreek way in Riverdale, GA has so many issues. They know the roof needs replace & leaks but are to cheap to get a new roof before they re listed for rent. Garage has patch in ceiling from a leak. Do your homework on this home
