So I Was Reading Some Of The Reviews & Was Really Shocked Because The Staff Has Been Extremely Helpful.. I seen Someone Say They Didn’t Answer Phones Which I Know For A Fact Is A Lie. I Can Call Ten Times A Day & Someone Always Answers. Been Extremely Helpful & Walked With Me Through The Whole Application Process. Never Had My Own Place Before & They Made The Process Quick & Easy For Me.. Very nice looking community and lots of nice people who speak while you driving by.. They Have Security At The Gate.. Don’t Knock It Till You Try It. Sometimes You Can’t Believe What People Say Just Gotta See For Yourself. Hugh Community So People Must Like It 👌🏽

Within my first two weeks in one of their new trailers I experienced backed up sewage lines , half of the power outlets and lights are malfunctioning. Could be a great place but is most definitely under the wrong management. Hopefully I can get my deposit back and get out of this lease.. literally the slums . You would think if you called the office and let them know that the sewage is flowing into the house from both toilets you would get a response or some type of assistance.. I’m highly disappointed . They most definitely don’t care about the tenants. I have 2 small children and we had to go take showers at my mothers house because the managements response to our issues is so slow. This is only my first two weeks and I already experienced all of this

Hunter Ridge could not find me a two bedroom within their complex so I requested a refund of my deposit. It's been three months since my refund request was submitted. Leasing agent Jae Grier informed me the refund could take two weeks to thirty days but THREE MONTHS and now no one will respond to my calls, text or emails, extremely unprofessional. I've asked to speak with management multiple times with no response. I've contact the BBB as well because something needs to be done about this community and the lack of professionalism shown by these ladies. As someone who also works with the community this is a disgrace, I would never place people in the situations they have but they will never understand until it hits home. I'll be praying for you all.

11/26 Don’t believe any of these reviews they fake. These maintenance people are incompetent and management isn’t any better. I haven’t had a mailbox in more than a month and all maintenance requests have gone unanswered. I’m not anyone who has been put out or evicted I’m still living in this hell hole and waiting for my lease to end! I’ll update again Friday!

Update 12/4 nothing fixed not to my surprise at all.

I would never recommend anyone moving here I’ve been here for 4 months and I have had many problems with my unit and many visits to the office with no fix I didn’t receive a garage can after living in my trailer for a month and a half and took matters into my own hands by taking my neighbors trash can who got one before me the day before they moved in I haven’t received a mailbox still my walls leak everyday my tub faucet broke the day I moved in and they didn’t come to fix it till a month later saying this keeps happening in all the new units my door handles are all falling off and not to mention they turned my water off for 4 days during winter because and I quote “they thought my unit was vacant “ and when I went to the office to have them fix the problem on day 1 they tried to gaslight me and say I probably forgot to leave my pipes dripping and that they were frozen its stray dogs everywhere 4 dogs who run around the neighborhood(Rottweiler ,2 pit bulls, and a Maltese )everyday which the office knows about and does nothing to fix and don’t get me started on the shooting every night idk who’s shooting or why the hell guns need to be going off every night but they do and the security guards at the front are a joke they don’t even be in the box I don’t see how they can charge $1,500 a month for this bs save your money and don’t waste your time as soon as my lease is up I’m gonna run as far away from this place as I can save yourself before it’s to late and your in the same predicament I’m in !!!!!!!!

1st off they gave us a home that has so many problems. They rushed to tidy up this place and I’ve been here for 7 1/2 months nothing has been fix .We don’t have doors on the rooms our dishwasher looks like they got it from out of a ditch it never worked. Water damage on the ceiling. We had to wait 2 months in order to get ac during the hot summer. Now we have no heat. As of right now the sewage is backed up in my tubs and toilets it’s going on 6 days now and they keep telling us someone is coming by to fix it. That’s what they tell you but nobody ever comes!! The worst place ever!!

I had a great experience with the management and leasing office. Ivory is awesome. So thankful from her from start to finish. I hope they keep her around for as long as they can because folks like her don’t come often in property management. She got my family situated in days. Folks who complain on here should always remember as with any property to dot your i’s and cross your t’s. I’m thankful for management and staff working even after closing to make sure my approval and paperwork was in line. I became a resident 7/27/2024 so far so good. All my problems were promptly handled and maintenance fixed my AC with a quickness.
