Bo Nichols represented the seller.
The VA loan fell through. The contract states the earnest money is to be given back to the buyer if the loan cannot be funded
Do not use Bo or Jessica ( Keller Williams in Mobile )
Although they are in different offices, they have worked together to keep my money.
My attorney clearly states the money needs to be returned but they are underhanded and not trustworthy.
Trying to keep the earnest money of a veteran is despicable
Maybe next they will burn a flag

He found us a lot on the water in Point Clear that is absolutely perfect for our family.
