John has been phenomenal as our Property Manager/Realtor. When we left Georgia in 2010, the real estate market was horrible and there was no hope of selling without being upside down. My realtor at the time recommended that we rent our home, so we hired John as our Property Manager. We left on a Monday and John had a tenant signed on Tuesday. There has always been a tenant in the house until recently when we decided to sell. John had taken such good care of our home, that it made sense to make him our realtor. John is an excellent property manager. He has kept my rental property rented with little or no time in between renters. He is very knowledgeable in this business and has many resources. He is professional, kind, fair and honest and has went above and beyond many times for me. We were stuck in a situation many years ago when the housing market was really bad where we were up side down with our old house and had no choice but to rent it out.
