Staff is STRICT there's always no wiggle room strictly by the lease ! Grounds are always very clean & private. Cost to live here is on the rise, with every lease renewal up up & yet we are still here going on year 4 !!!
They can make or break your serenity by leaving notes on Tennant doors, even if your home no knocking on the door.

The units there look nice. But the staff is strict. I wanted something done and they said we can’t do it because we can’t do it. Why would they also have electric charging spaces when no one even uses it. They did it to cut the park lot by two spaces. Even for one minute they will be pist off if a visitor uses the parking lot even though us tenants are okay with it. There is no room on the street. We had to walk for almost a mile to and from our car to bring in food from Walmart. If u don’t want high price apartments don’t come and stay here or else they will turn u homeless less than a year

Staff is terrible. It took almost a month to get my parking pass. They don't give it to you when you sign your lease because, "that's not how they do it". They refused to give it to my roommate even though I had authorized them to because I work a 9-5. Their office hours are a joke. There are 6 year olds with longer school days than the staff's "work" days. There is a girl that helps the manager around in the office and she is always very bitter and incredibly unprofessional. She made my roommate return the parking sticker you have to place on your windshield after we moved out and threatened not to give out deposit back. Mind you, this is a literal paper sticker, not the removable plastic kind. My roommate told her it came off in pieces but she insisted that it be returned regardless of what condition. My car was totaled in an accident and they wanted that sticker too, ridiculous. We were robbed from our deposit when we moved out, for the stupidest things. She literally called my roommate to tell him we left a jar or mayonnaise in the refrigerator. I'm just glad she didn't bother me because I wouldn't have been as kind as my roommate was. By far, WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER. There are so many options in town with staff that won't make your stay a living hell.

The staff is professional and attentive. Jenika the manager returns all my emails or calls. My concerns are taken care of in a timely fashion. I appreciate her friendly demeaner and patience. The property is clean and safe, amenities such as the pool and workout area are a bit on the small size would be my only critique.

you dont want to live here! yea its ok area but still they allow bums to come throughout complex,i 've had nothing but problems in my apartment since ive moved such as fan above stove, toilet issues,my wall gettin soaked and having to sleep in my lving room for 2 days. and they have never offered to compensate for antything. also walls and carpet have been recently soaked again i called maitenance he says they cant do anything til monday (it was saturday night) ... the maitenance are a joke as well ive had them out to my apartment mutliple times for same issues they just put recycled junk parts on and call it a day also they are very messy! the new management is very rude! and btw dont get to excited when they show you the model apartment. the apartments look nothing like that. they are sooooo outdated. my kitchen tile has so many cracks in it its not even funny, you can see where they patched holes from previous tenants...anyways save your time and money these people and apartments are a joke! i regret it and cant wait to move the hell out! never recommend to anyone!

Overpriced. It seems like the entire complex needs to be remodeled. What really sucks is the new managers. They really don’t take it seriously and take care of the tenants how they used to back in the day. 👎 They take days to call us back about maintenance requests. On top of that, recently our entire building, A-H(8 units) went without water for over a week because they weren’t on top of things.
